INGRIDIENTS
3 Eggs
1 cup sugar(powdered)
1 1/4 cup Maida
1 cup refined oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
A pinch of Caustic Soda
2 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
3 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
Chocolate sauce(opt.)
PROCEDURE
1.Beat the eggs.
2.Then mix the sugar to the eggs.
3.Add the Soda and baking powder.
4.Mix the Maida.
5.Add the Vanilla Essence and Cocoa powder.
6.Put in the microwave in a grased Borosil vessel on 180 W Microwave power + 200 C Convection Combo for 20 minutes.
7.2 minutes Grill(optional)
8.Cool and cover with chocolate sauce before serving with creative garnishing(opt.)
